BCHS offering sports physicals

Battle Creek Health System will be offering pre-participation sports physicals to local junior and high school athletes and band members at its annual sports physical event on Saturday, May 16, 2009 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the rehabilitation services department at the hospital.

Appointments are necessary and can be made at your high school athletic office. The cost is $15.00, payable on the day of the exam. (Medical history and parental consent portion must be completed prior to the exam.) Area physicians, nurses, and BCHS rehab services staff provide the physicals.
