Todd Super, Pharm.D. at Battle Creek Health System will present a ‘paper’ on ‘The Impact of Pharmacist Facilitated Discharge Medication Reconciliation’ to the West Michigan Society of Health Systems Pharmacists in April in the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids. He has been invited to give a second presentation at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana later that month to the Great Lakes Pharmacy Residency Conference A graduate of Ferris State University, Super joined BCHS this past summer as a pharmacist practice resident. His project advisory team includes Sean Patterson, Pharm.D; Bob Coffey, Pharm.D; and Noel Lucas, DO.
