Lifespan Home Medical Equipment (LHME) provides cost-effective, quality home medical, respiratory, nutrition and rehabilitation equipment and medical supplies for people in their homes. LHME works in conjunction with the patient's physician to assure that equipment needs are met. Highly qualified technicians and therapists provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to persons in Calhoun, Branch, Barry, Hillsdale, St. Joseph, Eaton, Kalamazoo, and Jackson Counties.
Delivery and Service

- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week availability. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Single source access to all home care services, equipment and supplies
- Delivery, pick-up and service calls are included

Home Medical Equipment
LHME's inventory of safe and comfortable equipment includes:
- Beds, bedside tables, patient lifts, and trapezes
- Alternating pressure mattresses for decubitus care
- Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and canes
- Commodes, raised toilet seats, safety rails, bath chairs
- Enteral formula and pumps
- Phototherapy light for jaundice
- Glucometers, test strips, Lancets
Respiratory Needs
Some people may depend on respiratory support either for short or extended periods of time. Respiratory programs, instructed by registered and certified respiratory therapists, are offered by LHME. A full line of respiratory products is available through LHME:
- Oxygen qualification available
- Oxygen cylinders, concentrators and conserving devices
